About Us
Speech therapy is a work of heart.

Erin Harty, MS, CCC-SLP
President, Orofacial Myologist
Erin completed her undergraduate work in 1996 from St. Mary’s College (SMC) at Notre Dame, Indiana where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After 10 years in commercial and multi-family real estate, she decided to return to school. Her oldest brother was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome when he was in his early 30’s, which facilitated Erin’s interest in helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and led her to speech-language pathology. In 2011, Erin earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University (ISU). Following completion of her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, Erin moved from Boise, Idaho to Temecula, CA to continue her career and to be close to family.
In 2013, Erin opened her practice providing services in-person. When the pandemic started, she pivoted the practice to TeleTherapy in March 2020. After observing how well patients perform with TeleTherapy and witnessing increased caregiver involvement, Erin decided to close her bricks-and-mortar to become a 100% TeleTherapy practice. This enabled her to move to her dream town of Monterey, CA while serving patients from all over the state and country.
Erin is an Orofacial Myologist and is currently undergoing her own Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy with palatal expanders. This has sparked a special interest working with individuals of all ages with orofacial myofunctional disorders. Her experience also includes the pediatric and adult populations with articulation, language, orofacial myofunctional disorders, oral apraxia, apraxia of speech, voice disorders including laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) and Parkinson’s, autism, dysphagia, cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs), and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs).
